Lou Luciano
Lou Luciano is a retired FBI Special Agent with 26 years of Federal Law Enforcement experience. During his tenure in the FBI, Lou spent his first 12 years in the FBI investigating violent crimes in the Baltimore Field Office. While assigned to the Baltimore Field Office, Lou was a member of the SWAT Team where he held every position on the Team including Senior Team Leader. The following10 years of Lou's FBI career were spent as a Special Operator on the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) were he served as a Special Operator/Sniper Team Leader, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and the Weapons of Mass
Destruction (WMD) Coordinator. While assigned to the HRT, he conducted 6 combat deployments to both Iraq and
Afghanistan. Lou's final 4 years in the FBI were spent back in the Baltimore Field Office where he was assigned as the Crisis Response Squad Supervisor and as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge
of the Baltimore Field Office. During his last 4 years in Baltimore, he participated as a member of the Maryland Active Assailant Committee, the SWAT Coordinator, Supervised the Active Shooter Training Program, the Police Training Program, the Crisis Negotiation Program, the Bomb Technician Program, and the WMD Program.
Prior to joining the FBI Lou served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer attaining the rank of Captain while assigned as a Company Commander. During his service in the Marine Corps, Lou conducted2 combat deployments to the Persian Gulf.
While employed in the private sector, Lou spent 5 years employed as the Associate Director of Security for Precigen Incorporated, a biotech company located in Germantown, Maryland. Most recently, Lou was employed as the Chief Compliance Officer for a paramedicine staffing and emergency medicine education company.
